Ottawa couple announces engagement and summer wedding
Dr and Mrs Charles Anderson of 911 S Sycamore announce the engagement of their daughter Delores Rae to L Edward Balda of Ottawa, son of Mr and Mrs Louis Edward Balda of Kokomo Indiana. Miss Anderson is a 1968 Ottawa High School graduate and is attending Ottawa University. Balda, a Kokomo High School 1965 graduate, is a senior at OU.
