Public hearing in Franklin County on 400000 Certificates of Participation
Franklin County will hold a 10 00 am hearing October 25 1995 at the Courthouse Ottawa to consider approving up to 400000 in certificates of participation. Proceeds refund 1989 certificates and fund facility improvements for the Franklin County Mental Health Clinic at 204 East 15th Street Ottawa. The facility leases to the clinic. certificates are not county or municipal debt. Public comments encouraged and written comments may be submitted prior to the hearing.
