Habitat marks anniversary by community worship service
The Franklin County Chapter of Habitat for Humanity marks its first anniversary with a 3 p.m. Sunday worship service in City Park led by Rev. Gary Beach. Participants include Mary Lois Yates, Rev. Fred Schaeffer, Jennifer Schneider, and others from local churches. In its first year the affiliate gained recognition by Habitat International and completed one home rehabilitation while starting its first new home project.
