Valley Hope confronts alcoholism with love driven therapy
Reporter Roger Verdon spends three days at Valley Hope in Norton detailing a 14 year old girl Trudy and a 31 year old man Bill among 11,000 patients treated since 1967. The center emphasizes physical mental and spiritual rehabilitation, family involvement, and peer support guided by Dr. William Leipold who calls love the core healing power.
