Franklin County Board Minutes Reflect Budget Talks and Contracts
Franklin County Commissioners met in regular session with Vice Chairman Raymond Carey and four members. They discussed health insurance with BCBS and life coverage, approved a $1 725 monthly health administrator contract, opened bids for salt and sand, moved funds for dust control, and scheduled a road closure hearing for December 4 2000 at 1 90 PM.
