Ottawa residents are urged to stay vigilant after arrests of youths tied to more than a dozen burglaries. Two suspects remain at large while others may follow. Tips include locking doors and windows, securing purchases, enhancing outdoor lighting, maintaining a visible security system, trimming bushes, and coordinating with neighbors during holidays to deter theft.
A concise statement of the First Amendment limits on Congress. It prohibits establishing religion, protects free exercise, and guards freedom of speech and press. It also secures the right to peaceably assemble and to petition the government for grievances.
