Garden Club notes and Wellsville club meeting brief
The Four Seasons Garden Club met November 17 at Flo White's home with Mary Ludwig as co host. Darlene Frieden reelected president. Sharene Pearson spoke on Theme Gardens while a winter spice word search and a bluebird quiz entertained fourteen members and one guest. Next meeting is December 15 at Darlene Frieden's. The Wellsville Crescent Club met November 16 at Jean Hopkins' home with Donna Wasserfallen presenting on Margaret Mitchell. Members shared Thanksgiving traditions and planned charity gifts to Hope House and the Wellsville City Library. meeting adjourned with a text meeting set for December 14 at Lenore Mouslein's.

Chippewa Good Sams Hold November Campout at Ottawa Lodge
The Chippewa Good Sams gathered November 12 to 14 at Ottawa University Lodge Lake Pomona with five rigs. Officers hosted meals, 27 members and one guest answered roll call, and plans were made for 2005 campouts. Bingo and ecard games followed.

Garber graduates from Kansas Environmental Leadership Program
Gale Garber, a Lenexa area resident and Hillsdale Water Quality Project director, finished the 2004 Kansas Environmental Leadership Program with 23 peers. The 10 month program in Hutchinson featured five sessions, class projects such as an urban storm water CD and a youth video, and a statewide water education syllabus alignment.
