Crop Insurance Fraud Scrutiny Outlined At Workshop

A crop insurance workshop in Hays drew over 100 attendees from Nebraska and Colorado. Alvin Gilmore described fraud as costing the industry about 80 billion dollars, with 10 cents of every premium in rural areas paying for fraud.
