Franklin County board canvasses 2002 election results
Franklin County Commissioners held a special session to canvass the November 5 2002 general election. The vote tally covered eight precincts and townships with provisional counts recorded and adjourned at 2 45 pm. The board then reconvened in regular session discussing internet billing and geotechnical services at Blackstone Bridge and crosswalk signals on Georgia Road.
