Sallie M Austin daughter of Franklin H and Mrs Austin and Michael E Swanson son of Franklin E and Mrs Swanson united in marriage November 7 at the First United Methodist Church Chapel Rev Roger Noah officiated in a floral setting. The bride wore an organza and satin gown with bishop sleeves and a chapel train. A bouquet of yellow and brown silk roses with yellow streamers complemented the gown. Matron of honor Kathy Primeaux wore a peach polyester gown with floral print. Best man Rick Armstrong of Tulsa and ushers Franklin H Austin IV and Christopher Swanson. The couple, Ottawa High School graduates and King Radio technicians, reside at 8265 S Cherry after a Kansas City wedding trip.
