Lundwall Charged With Obstruction in Texaco Tape Case
Richard Lundwall, former Texaco official, is charged with obstruction of justice in a case tied to a racial discrimination suit against Texaco. An FBI agent states taped meetings sought to hide documents from plaintiffs as part of the civil action that settled for 176.1 million dollars, the largest race-discrimination settlement to date.
