Lundwall Charged With Obstruction in Texaco Tape Case
Richard Lundwall, former Texaco official, is charged with obstruction of justice in a case tied to a racial discrimination suit against Texaco. An FBI agent states taped meetings sought to hide documents from plaintiffs as part of the civil action that settled for 176.1 million dollars, the largest race-discrimination settlement to date.

Funeral services for Ralph Scott Craig 74 Ottawa will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Dengel and Son Mortuary Ottawa with Revs. Martin McPherson and Richard Gillis officiating Burial will follow at Pleasant View Cemetery Agricola Coffey County with VFW Post 5901 conducting military graveside rites He was born April 6 1922 in Trenton and lived in the Kansas City Kansas area before moving to Ottawa in 1974 He served in World War II and married Virginia Parrish on Aug 23 1942 in Oakland California He was preceded in death by a son a brother a sister and a grandson He is survived by his wife three sons two daughters a daughter-in-law a half sister 28 grandchildren and 23 great grandchildren Friends may call Tuesday noon at Dengel and Son Mortuary and the family will receive them 7 to 8 p.m. Tuesday Memorial contributions may be made to VFW Memorial Post 5901 Ottawa.
