Downtown Ottawa lights begin Friday with Santa and music

The Downtown Ottawa Christmas Lights season starts at 6 p.m. Friday with a ceremony featuring Santa Claus, music by Ottawa Brass and Friends, and drawings for chamber gifts and certificates.
