Prosecutor to Seek Death for Kansas Baby-Kidnap Murder
Prosecution will seek the death penalty for Lisa M Montgomery of Melvern Kansas who is charged with kidnapping resulting in death in the Dec 16 slaying of Bobbie Jo Stinnett eight months pregnant.
