Ottawa University economics chair Dr Russ McCullough announces a $500,000 grant from the Charles Koch Foundation to establish the Gwartney Institute for Freedom Justice and Human Flourishing. The institute will start in August 2018, likely housed in the School of Business on OU's Ottawa campus, aiming to present data-driven work linking faith, economics, and poverty alleviation.
