Ottawa recreation study eyes options beyond city limits
Ottawa officials study other cities to improve local programs and facilities. The project includes Forest Park pool upgrades with a wave, later adding a water slide. Community leaders cite space, scheduling gaps, and school district plans as factors driving residents to Olathe, Lawrence, Baldwin City, and Paola for activities.
