Melvern United Methodist Church will host a turkey buffet at 6 p.m. on Saturday with a 11:30 a.m. lunch. hot beef and sloppy joe sandwiches, soups, salads, and pie will be offered. Ottawa weighs a multi phase power plan starting now through 1997 with costs around 2.54 million, then 355 thousand for 2001 2007 and 2.16 million for 2009 2013. The city may extend an outside electricity contract via KMEA to 2022, supplying 10 megawatts from Nearman unit with costs pegged to fuel measures.
