Miller praises Wichita ruling on Patti Mix labeling
A Sedgwick County court ruled Patti Mix may be sold in Kansas only if labeled imitation hamburger or imitation ground beef. The ruling enjoined the current labeling as misbranded. A Dillon spokesman said Kansas markets will carry Patti Mix as imitation hamburger ground beef. Miller called it a victory for state and consumer.
