Nine Months of TB Therapy From Dr Molner Overview
Dr Molner outlines TB treatment requiring strict bed rest during fever or hemorrhage, then gradual activity. Core drugs include streptomycin PAS and isoniazid used in pairs with alternatives if resistance develops. Treatment lasts 9 to 12 months, with possible surgery or lung collapse in severe cases, and ongoing follow up to prevent relapse. A hospital or sanatorium is preferred though home care is possible with proper equipment and skills.
