Center Colorado resident Donald Don Chambers died Thursday May 24 2001 at his home. Born May 17 1919 near Pomona he and Esther Lynch married May 28 1941 in Rocky Ford. He farmed in the San Luis Valley and worked as a hunting guide a Baptist deacon and Sunday school teacher. Survived by two sons JoAnne Good two grand and three stepgrandchildren two brothers and four sisters. Memorials to Hospice Del Valle Center or Center Baptist Church.
