New Haven, Conn. AP report states Judge Harold Mulvey dismissed murder conspiracy charges against Black Panthers Bobby Seale and Ericka Huggins after a mistrial. He said an unbiased jury could not be found without superhuman effort, a burden neither side should endure. Huggins, 23, freed. Seale, 34, remains jailed on other charges. Retailers of Ottawa and several businesses will close Monday for Memorial Day. State Hopes To Avert Loss Of Highway Funds
