Rush the Rails kicks off Flint Hills Trail celebration in fall
Ottawa and other area communities plan a grand opening for the Flint Hills Nature Trail with Rush the Rails on October 7. Three non competitive bike rides of 96, 54, and 25 miles finish in Council Grove, plus a competitive relay run on the full 96 miles from Osawatomie. Activities run Oct 6 7 in Ottawa Pomona Osage City Admire and Osawatomie with bands markets and family biking events.
