County election filings update for Districts 2 and 3

Flack death penalty case enters appeal phase in Kansas

Kyle Flack, convicted of a quadruple homicide in Franklin County Kansas, has new defense attorneys Sarah Ellen Johnson and Meryl Carver-Almond appointed to appeal his death sentence. They request dockets from earlier proceedings to aid docketing. Flack, 30, was sentenced May 18 and his case will be reviewed by the Kansas Supreme Court.
