New RMH appoints Heyn as CEO with growth and finance focus
The 34-year-old hospital executive Heyn was named chief executive of Ransom Memorial Hospital after leading a bond issue to fund a replacement facility and guiding an expansion at Felix's prior post. He vows no staff cuts, aims to leverage grants and subsidies, and emphasizes electronic health records adoption and community involvement as Ottawa awaits his July start.
