Square Fair Saturday in Garnett Lights Up Courthouse Lawn
Mothers balance children on backs as a child with a massive cookie stands near the fountain. Citizens browse crafts from Garnett students, view woodcuts by Guy and Gilma Rogers, and sample breads and recipes. The Anderson County Museum opens as families stroll the square and mule-drawn wagon circles the fair.
