Franklin County Commission Proceedings Address Subdivision Rules and Projects
The Franklin County Kansas Board chaired by John E. Taylor with four other commissioners met in regular session. They approved Resolution 02-32 amending subdivision regulations for unincorporated territory and heard reports on free dump days, community corrections Juvenile programs, district court building options, various budget transfers, and upcoming highway and railroad crossing issues. An executive session on personnel lasted five minutes. The day closed with health department budget discussions and a nurse practitioner fee increase to 20 dollars starting June 1, 2002.
