Sanitary Code Back on Franklin County Planners' Agenda

The plan covers on site sewage systems, septic tank cleaning, and county haulage by permit, with KDHE guidance cited and a preference for a county specific code. Minor edits to the Comprehensive Plan 1980-2000 were also noted.
