Court reverses KCC on Langley recovery
In a unanimous ruling the Court of Appeals sends back to the Kansas Corporation Commission the question of whether Kansas Pipeline Partnership incurred and may recover $14.5 million in market entry and carrying costs. The court says KPP did not incur the costs and may only recover if further hearings establish otherwise.
