City to consider grant for Kanza Park
Ottawa officials weigh a state grant to buy playground equipment for Kanza Park. If approved, the project costs about 62,000 dollars with the city covering half, including roughly 19,000 in cash and 12,000 in kind. The plan places a gazebo tower and slides inside the northeast walking path near the parking lot. The grant requires a formal resolution with the application.
