Timeline follows Flack's path to arrest in quadruple homicide
Kyle Trevor Flack, 27, was charged in Franklin County with two counts of capital murder and four counts of murder in the first degree tied to the killings at 3197 Georgia Road west of Ottawa. The probe began April 20 with Steven White's death and ran through May 13 as investigators expanded the case to a quadruple homicide and located the suspect.
