Knit On Big Needles To Make A Quickie
Mrs. Laverne Wadkins learned to knit four years ago and has since made about twenty garments. She often gives items as gifts or for family, including her husband and children. A featured lavender and white Monson sweater on large needles appears lacy and dainty and requires no blocking. Also shown are a striped sayelle sweater, a beige boucle, and a bulky knit. Corned beef hash browns nicely when flour-dusted canned slices are fried.
