Lakers hold off Spurs to trim series lead in West semis

Los Angeles built a 68-45 edge by late third quarter and holds off San Antonio 105-81. Shaquille ONeal surged for 28 points and 15 rebounds while Kobe Bryant contributed 22 points as the Lakers narrow the backdrop to a 2-1 series. Tim Duncan led the Spurs with 54 points and Tony Parker added 50 points in the loss.

Ottawa High School softball postponed by rain
