Vesco Barred From Costa Rica After Inauguration
Costa Rica President Rodolfo Carazo barred fugitive American financier Robert Vesco from returning to the country after taking office. Vesco, accused in the United States of embezzling 224 million dollars, had left Costa Rica April 30 for a Caribbean trip and was thought to be near Grenada. Cor dero, the presidency minister, said Vesco cannot come back.
