Thunderstorms lashed Missouri Illinois and Kansas with hail as large as golf balls. Hail sizes reached three-quarters to two inches in Ness City and other towns. Storms stretched from eastern Montana to Missouri with cooling, damp conditions. dry warmth persisted in the Southwest and Southeast.

Drug interdiction steps curb marijuana traffic
