Turkey says men withdrew from northern Iraq
Turkey announced it has pulled out most of its troops from northern Iraq six weeks after 35,000 soldiers crossed the border to wipe out Kurdish rebel bases. Defense Minister Mehmet Golhan said only two soldiers remained, a claim later disputed by deputy prime minister Hikmet Cetin who would not specify numbers.
