West Franklin dominates Northern Heights softball sweep
West Franklin High School swept Northern Heights Friday on the road 6-0 and 4-0. ALLEN Macayla Harmon struck out 17 in game one and nine in game two as the Falcons improved to 6-6. Teammates Katleyn Crumley Megan Rogers Madison Shotton and Sammie Weber drove in a run in game one while Alexa McCurdy went 3-4 and Rogers had two RBIs. West Franklin plays Burlington next.

The Lady Braves improved to 34-16 overall and 18-4 ECAC, tying the program record for wins and earning an automatic NAIA tournament bid. Molli Morgan pitched a complete game in both wins, boosting the season’s standout run and leaving unfinished business as they eye the ECAC tournament and nationals.
