Markets slip as manufacturing slows and construction dips
Stocks eased on Wednesday as slower factory growth and weaker construction outlays dampened confidence in a rapid business recovery. Local stock quotes include United Parcel, Wendy’s, Wal‑Mart, and Praxair, with grains showing modest moves across Overbrook and Franklin County markets.
