Franklin County approves adult entertainment license code
The Franklin County Kansas Board adopts Resolution 95-05 defining adult entertainment, licensing, standards of conduct and penalties. It requires licenses for businesses managers servers and entertainers, sets fees, application rules, inspections, and probation, with 250 to 1000 dollar fines and up to six months in jail for violations.
