Quadruple homicide trial with defense portrait of Flack

Franklin County considers outside bids for tourism services

Franklin County commissioners voted 4-1 to issue a request for proposals for promotion, convention and tourism services, while keeping the current contract with the Franklin County Convention and Visitors Bureau under review. The RFP process, drafted by county administrator Jon Holmes, may appear at the April 13 meeting, with the current bureau contract ending in September.
