Western novelist Elmer Kelton will address the Ottawa University audience at 10 a.m. Wednesday in the Chapel Auditorium as part of the University Program Series. The talk is open to the public with no admission charge. Kelton is an award winning author with multiple Spur and Western Heritage awards and a Crane Texas native. He earned a journalism degree from the University of Texas and has served as associate editor of Livestock Weekly.
