Eugene Oregon AP reports shoppers at a new Target faced painful static shocks from carpet and metal carts. Store managers order 1500 dollars worth anti shock kits to drain static from 400 carts, as customers describe shocks while shopping.
Obituary items report the deaths of Gayle S. Clark Ruth W. Griffith Adrian Graves Raymond J. Mock and Harold Shomber with funeral notices in Ottawa Osawatomie Garnett and surrounding communities. Services for Clark were set at Dengel & Son Mortuary with burial at Antioch Cemetery. Griffiths service followed at First Baptist Osawatomie. Graves memorials were directed to TRICO and other survivors listed for each deceased.
