Judge Dismisses Charges In Sex Exploitation Case
In Franklin County, Judge Donald White dismissed two felony counts of attempted sexual exploitation of a child against 35 year old Larry E Snyder after a preliminary hearing finding no probable cause to bind over for arraignment. Prosecutor Wendell Barker criticized the ruling, noting the case centered on alleged nude posing invitations to 12 year old girls. The judge ruled nude posing alone does not meet the statute for exploitation.
