Fort Riley soldier gets life terms in clerk killing
Nathaniel Ellibee a 19 year old Fort Riley soldier was sentenced to 15 years to life for aiding and abetting the second degree murder of Catherine Heintze a 20 year old Kansas State University student. He received additional five to 20 years for attempted aggravated robbery and one to five years for conspiracy to commit aggravated robbery to run consecutively.
