Think-tank voices opposition to Kansas Medicaid expansion
Think tank representatives from the Cato Institute the Foundation for Government Accountability and Americans for Prosperity dismissed House Bill 2044 proposing expanding KanCare Medicaid to as many as 150 000 low income residents.
