County plans no-fund warrants for landfill and transfer station
Franklin County commissioners met with financial advisers to begin funding for a trash transfer station and landfill closure. They plan $800,000 in no-fund warrants to cover $880,000 in costs, with $420,000 for the transfer station via a lease purchase and $380,000 for landfill closure.
