Alligator theft arrests in Clearwater minigolf moat

Two men Brett Lassetter Clark and Philip Andrew Bryant were charged with burglary and grand theft for stealing four alligators from a moat around a miniature golf course in Clearwater. Police suspect two others witnessed the thefts. one alligator released into a creek likely died due to salt water. Authorities seek the witnesses, and the pair face up to 20 years in prison.

Corrections on paternity and county funding in Franklin County

The March 8 Herald corrects a domestic case filing. Rayla White filed a petition to establish paternity custody and child support on February 19 against David Lynn Mason. The county budgets $18,000 yearly for the historical society and all facets within Franklin County, not only the records center.
