The Kansas Corporation Commission denied Gas Service Co. a rehearing of its February 16 rate order, upholding a $8.7 million refund to Kansas customers and noting FERC price reductions. Intervenors GM, Owens-Corning, Midwest Gas Users, and ARMCO may appeal. Gas Service serves about 400,000 customers across 212 Kansas cities.
