Sealing Order in Padgett Abuse Case Delayed Eight Days

Magistrate Judge Kevin Kimball ruled a 10 day automatic hold began after Wednesday's decision and will stay in effect for at least eight more days. The public interest and safety of Rogers and the couple’s children were weighed against openness as Ottawa Herald sought to intervene.
