Russell L. Wray, 91, Ottawa, died March 12, 2004. Born December 2, 1912, he was a long time dairy farmer, Franklin County appraiser, and active community member with ties to the Ottawa Co-op, Farm Bureau, water district, and Rotary. Surviving relatives include nieces and nephews. two brothers and two sisters preceded him. The family will receive friends Friday evening. burial is at Highland Cemetery. Memorials may go to the Church of the Brethren.

Established with the American Cancer Society.
