Up for discussion are handicapped accessibility projects at City Hall and the Ottawa Public Library with a deadline set for April 7. Additional items include detached garage size rules, an earthwork and watercourse ordinance, and a tax deferral plan for low income homeowners. The council also considers renewing a 1993 lease for 20 acres leased near the airport and the Forest Park egg hunt by the Ottawa Jaycees scheduled for April 3.
