Viking Girls Fall In State Tourney Opener
Marian Monarchs defeated Central Heights 49 37 in the Class 3A state tournament at Hutchinson. Katelin Horstick and Marissa Cox led the Vikings with 20 points combined while Cox added inside scoring and Horstick produced key plays to spark a late third quarter push. The season ends at 19 5 for Central Heights.
